Project Introduction

The total land area of the project is approximately 77572 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 532500 square meters and a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan. The project is divided into a double tower super high-rise area and a commercial area. The super high-rise area covers star rated hotels, administrative offices, headquarters offices, and other business formats. The commercial area is divided into block area and mall area (block and shopping area), and is an all-round comprehensive project. Among them, the super high-rise area consists of two 63 story towers, with a height of approximately 310 meters, and is the tallest building under construction in Hangzhou.
