- Anticipated matters:
- Please read the safety manual before use to learn about preventive measures and safety recommendations. For chemicals that do not require labeling, observe in advance and take corresponding preventive measures.
- Action:
- The construction site should have a good ventilation system.
- Surface treatment: The substrate surface needs to be dry and clean to remove stress, static electricity, dust, oil stains, etc.
- Bonding: Squeeze the gel onto the cleaned surface with a glue gun to distribute it evenly. If the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended.
- After applying the adhesive, please immediately assemble the components together so that the adhesive can achieve good wetting effect, which will help with the bonding effect.
- If the assembled components are stored in a dry environment (with a relative humidity of less than 50%), it is recommended to increase the humidity to ensure a suitable curing and crosslinking speed.
- Cleaning:
- After a certain period of curing, alcohol or acetone can be used to clean excess adhesive in a timely manner. The fully cured adhesive is difficult to remove and may require long-term immersion in an alcohol solvent to remove.
- matters needing attention:
- --Ready to use and do not expose to air for extended periods of time.
- --Maintain first in, first out use of materials.
- --Use in a well ventilated area.
- --Do not eat in the workplace.
